1. What ITs Deploy is

ITs Deploy is a hosting service by ITs Production that lets students put their website projects online at its-production.com (or a yourname.its-production.com subdomain). You upload your project files and your environment settings, choose a plan, and we host the project for the length of that plan.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details when registering and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't share logins or impersonate others.
• You must be a student or have the right to use this service for your project.

3. Plans, payment & the clock

3-Day Trial

Free for 3 days — Get your project online and share it. No payment needed.

1 Week

₱150 for 1 week — Keep your project live for a full week.

1 Month

₱300 for 1 month — Best value — stay online for a whole month.

• Paid plans are processed by PayMongo (GCash, debit/credit card or Maya). We never see or store your full card details.
• Your plan's countdown starts the day your project goes live, not the day you pay.
• When a plan expires, your project is taken offline until you renew with a new plan.
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change for future plans; your current plan keeps its price until it expires.

4. Refunds

• The 3-day trial is free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Paid plans are generally non-refundable once your project is live, because hosting starts immediately.
• If we fail to deploy your project due to a fault on our side, message us and we'll fix it or refund the affected period.

5. Your content & ownership

• You own your project. Uploading it doesn't transfer ownership to us.
• You grant us permission to store, process and serve your files and environment settings only as needed to host your project.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and publish everything in your project (your own work, properly licensed assets, etc.).

6. Your .env and data security

• Environment variables you provide are stored encrypted at rest and are never shown publicly.
• Only our deploy team accesses them, and only to configure and run your site.
• We take reasonable care to protect your data, but no online service can promise perfect security. Don't upload secrets you can't afford to rotate (and rotate any key you ever expose).
• You are responsible for keeping your own backup of your project files and code.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ITs Deploy to host or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or pages that try to steal others' data.
• Adult, hateful, harassing, or violent content.
• Crypto mining, spam, or sending bulk unsolicited messages.
• Attacking, overloading, or trying to break ITs Production, our servers, or other users' sites.
• Reselling the hosting to others as if it were your own service.

8. How deployment works

• Static sites are deployed automatically and served as plain files — server-side code execution is disabled in the hosted area for safety.
• Framework apps (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) must be built on your own computer first; you upload the build output. See the setup guide.
• Dynamic apps may be reviewed and deployed by our team rather than automatically.
• We may put a project on hold (temporarily offline and back in the queue) for maintenance, re-deploys, or while we look into a possible terms violation.

9. Suspension & termination

• We may take a project offline or suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.
• Serious abuse (illegal content, attacks, fraud) may be removed immediately and without a refund.
• You can stop using the service any time and delete your projects from your dashboard.
• Expired projects and their files may be removed from our servers after the plan ends.

10. Service availability

We work hard to keep ITs Deploy online, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. This is a student-focused service, not enterprise hosting — please don't rely on it for anything mission-critical.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ITs Production is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (lost data, lost grades, lost income) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ITs Deploy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
